Curriculum
This class is designed to teach principles of animation to the students.
You will learn the process
of Animation Film making while working on your own Film. You will make your own Cartoon Characters, understand the Basics
of Animation, make your Film on Paper, learn how Film is compiled on computer, add funny Sound Effects & you have your
own Animation Film for the Web.
In this Class you will:
- Learn animation principles & techniques.
- Design your own story based on all the animation exercises that you will learn.
- Design
characters, story board, layout & background for the Film.
- Animate the Film
- Scan and transfer film from paper to the computer.
- Learn to add funny sound effects to your film.
- Learn all the various processes you need to compile your film.
On completion of course, there will be a Grand Screening of your film. Receive your Animation Film on CD to show your
friends & family.
Material needed
I will provide you with Light Boxes, Peg Bars & Papers no additional cost.
You must bring along Drawing Pencils#2B, Erasers, Color Pencils/Crayons/Markers & Scales.

Attendance Policy
First 8 Classes- Attendance compulsory**
** The first 8 classes are the most important
ones in the course. You will be using these fundamentals when you make your Film. If you miss any of the first 8
classes, then you will get notes to make up for the missed class.
